By using this site or the BlipNetwork in any form, you agree to abide by the BlipNetwork terms of service, a legally binding agreement that is in place while you use BlipNetwork and its services. Inside Blip may modify these terms from time to time, and those modifications are effective as soon as they as posted in this spot, or elsewhere on the BlipNetwork sites.
You agree to be bound to these changes after the modification, and you also acknowledge that there may be additional terms posted on the sites, and will be incorporated by reference into these terms of service. Quantum Global Media Inc. does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions or statements posted by users of the BlipNetwork Web sites, nor does Quantum Global Media Inc. make any warranties with respect to any comments, opinions or statements posted by users of the BlipNetwork Web sites. Any information or material posted on the BlipNetwork Web sites by users, including advice and opinions, are the views and responsibilities of those individual users who post the statements, and do not necessarily represent the views of BlipNetwork or any of its third party service providers.
You may not distribute or reproduce in any way any copyright material, trademarks or other proprietary information without obtaining prior written consent from the owners of such proprietary rights. BlipNetwork has a policy to remove any user submission from its Web sites if properly notified and verified that content infringes on a third party's intellectual property rights. Quantum Global Media Inc. assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any user communication. BlipNetwork services are provided AS-IS, and Quantum Global Media Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In no event shall Quantum Global Media be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your use of the BlipNetwork Web site or its services, even if Quantum Global Media Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Quantum Global Media Inc.'s liability to you for any cause of action whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Quantum Global Media for participation on the BlipNetwork's sites and/or use of the services.
You hereby grant to Quantum Global Media Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivate works from, distribute, perform and diplay, in whole or in part, any user submission or message posted to the BlipNetwork sites and or any e-mail sent by you to BlipNetwork and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed.
You agree to indemnify and hold Quantum Global Media Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners, employees and service providers, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the BlipNetwork sites and/or its services, including but not limited to, content incorporated in an user submission you post, or the services in violation of this agreement and/or arising from a breach of this agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
This agreement is accepted upon your use of the BlipNetwork sites and/or services. The failure of Quantum Global Media Inc. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not operate as a waiver of any such right or provision.
Airlock Alpha, Rabid Doll, Inside Blip are owned and controlled by Quantum Global Media Inc.
